Minimum Degree in IT or equivalent
2-4 years of experience in software development
Analytical skills
Process and service driven
Fluent in English and French
Good organizational and communication skills
Knowledge of the following will be an advantage
PL: C#, Java, SQL
APIs/Frameworks/Libraries: MVC3
Databases: MS SQL Server 2008
Web Technologies: C#, JavaScript, XML
Tools/IDE: Visual Studio .NET 2005/2008

• Main Role & Responsibilities
Develop and implement highly complex solutions in required environment within agreed deadlines
Abide to internal quality standards during software development
Analyse and correct bugs according to development standards within agreed timeframe
Perform thorough unit testing
Recommendations on technical implementations
Write and update technical specifications according to agreed standards
Provide workload estimation based on functional specifications
Liaise with customers to provide necessary technical assistance
Resolve application/technical problems
Provide mentoring and training to junior staff
