JOB OVERVIEW

Good Day,

My name is Justin and the owner of an Escape Room Game (Based in South Korea) and an Online Marketing Company (Based in Singapore)

Our companies currently require assistance from a

[ “Korean VA” ]

to help grow the business.

We are looking for a reliable person to work side by side with as we grow and expand the business.

This is a role that fosters a Long-Term Relationship with on-going work, and is NOT a onetime web project.

The ideal candidate will be working directly with me or our higher management and will be assisting in the following types of tasks:

We are looking a virtual assistant to assist in simple communication and content development and translation between the English and Korean language.

If you have formally studied Korean or are confident of handling simple translation, communication and content, we are looking for you.


Virtual Management Assistance (Main Responsibility):
- MUST understand BASIC Korean
- MUST read and write BASIC korean
- Simple Translation activities
- Very organized person
- Manage BASIC communication translation (Between Korean and Eng)
- Able to do research in Both Languages
- Excel / Word / Powerpoint
- Miscellaneous online tasks for the CEO
- Main communication will be in English
- Collaborate with social media managers and do Posting in Korean (with Korean hashtags etc)

Virtual assistance (Sub responsibility):
- Ability to design is a BIG plus
- Ability to handle video creation is a BIG plus
- Good understanding of "Content Creation and Management" is a BIG plus
- Good understanding of "Social Media Content Management" is a BIG plus

Details on our company’s processes will be provided and specialization training might be provided based on proficiency and capabilities of the candidate.

This position requires good English and Korean verbal skills for conversing and good English and Korean written skills for communication.

Ideal candidate MUST be able to access good and stable internet connections from their work venue (e.g. home) and
must also be able to communicate through an online virtual phone system (;Skype is preferred and can be used for free.)

Most importantly the ideal candidate MUST have a great, positive, CAN DO attitude and a willingness to learn and serve team members and clients.
We love to treat our personnel as team members rather than simply employees so we only want positive individuals on team.

Work wise, we tend to focus on results and speed of work and of course quality.
The priority is that the task is completed on time and that the work is done well.

We also practice awarding monetary bonuses for great work done.
When a person deserves to be rewarded, we do not hesitate to do so. (Of course the individual must first prove his/her loyalty and responsibility to the company)

Terms:
- Ideal candidate MUST be available to work 5 or 6 days per week

- Business hours are generally between an 8 hr time slot withing 11am-11pm South Korea local Time (GMT+8) [Negotiable per 10 hr period - Including Lunch and/or Dinner Hrs]

- Candidate MUST be online and accessible via phone and instant message (Skype) during confirmed business hours and responsive to myself and possible clients.

- Compensation will depend on experience and skills and be further discussed on our Skype Call
