We are looking to expand our operation, and looking for Team Leaders to work from home.

You will be required to employee a team of 7-10 home based Surveyors. They will be required to cold call and survey people in the UK. The survey is 7-10 questions long and if there is one “Yes” to any of the questions will class that as a qualified lead and the survey is paid £1.25 for that lead. Once they hit a target of 25 per month then it goes up to £1.50 per survey. There is no basic for this role as they are commissions driven, there is an incentive for every completed survey that the UK turns into a sale.

Working hours can either be 10.00-16.00 & 16.00-20.00 Monday to Friday

You will receive a basic of £125.00pm with that rising to £150.00pm after 3 months. For every completed survey, you will receive £0.25p and upon each person hitting their target it would rise to £0.50p per survey. For every survey that results in a sale you will receive a commission on that as well. Now a team leader is making between £500-£1250.00 per month.

The client is offered a gift for participating in the survey, which is a voucher in the UK with various things on it.

Daily the team will report to you and then you will report to me.
