We’re on the hunt for a Lead Content Marketer who has a strong growth mindset and a passion for innovation and learning.

THE QUALIFICATIONS

As a Lead Content Marketer, you must:

- Have at least 2 years work experience in the digital marketing industry
- Have a degree in the following fields (or equivalent): Engineering, Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business & Marketing, Communications
- Have deep understanding of content marketing and SEO
- Be experienced in handling multiple digital projects and client communications
- SEO experience in link building and off-site work in blogging, writing, and related content marketing activities
- Have experience in team leadership (an advantage but not required)
- Self starter, highly capable of managing multiple projects
- Have analytical mindset and understanding of common tools such as Excel and Google Sheets for reporting

THE RESPONSIBILITIES

As Lead Content Marketer, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Craft digital marketing strategies and spearhead campaigns for clients
- Be familiar with building link building processes/systems
- Ensure quality and timely delivery of client requirements/activities
- Communicate client expectations & campaign results
- Handle SEO Tech tasks such as Keyword Research, Competitor research, Link Profile Analysis
- Handle content writing, link acquisition, outreach and social media activities
- Do digital marketing campaign performance evaluation and reporting
- Keep pace with digital marketing industry trends and developments and constant improvement of best digital marketing practices
- Key project management tasks, such as:
>> Managing workload and assigning content to writers
>> Handling freelance/outsourced work if needed

THE COMPENSATION

The successful applicant for this position will be paid a monthly minimum remuneration of Php 25,000, plus benefits, including paid monthly internet subscription and paid holidays.
