Database Application Developer (REST API)

We are a developing an online application to provide comprehensive and relevant stock information, simple to use analytical and decision-support tools.
We are looking for a Database Application Developer. The requirements:
• MySQL, Python, Linux, Cpanel
• Experience with creating REST API especially on Django
• Database and Table optimization (some tables exceed 5 Gig)
• Data manipulation and analysis
• Database management
• Good understand of memory consumption and optimization
• Good programming style with focus on code re-usability and maintenance
• Knowledge of front end is beneficial
• At least 5+ years of experience
• Experience working with large tables across many databases

Wage is depending on experience but can range from $5.0 - $6.50 depending on background and experiences. Part-time person is also welcome but must commit to at least 20 hours a week.
