JOB OVERVIEW

We’re seeking a true Operator-- someone with depth of hard skills and breadth of soft skills to be our team’s fulfillment and call center expert/consultant.

The ideal candidate has been in the trenches and has empathy for the many processes that need to go right for a package to arrive at a consumer’s door, intact and on time, plus, how to handle if a return is necessary.

This person is an analytical and creative problem solver—energized by identifying efficiencies and minimizing hiccups behind the scenes. S/he will ultimately manage more jr. eCom operations team members.

We are an innovative online eCommerce company focused on Amazon & Ebay eCommerce sales. We have a long track record of success, and is constantly trying to improve processes to make them more efficient and prosperous. We are looking for a person with supervisory experience preferably in the BPO or VA industry. This person will be responsible for the direction and coordination of one aspect of our business.

Key responsibilities are as follows:

• Carryout supervisory responsibilities like: planning, assigning and directing of tasks, performance reviews, and resolving issues
• Help implement and enforce standard operating procedures
• Drive the team to constantly hit their targets and more
• Manage metrics on an individual and team level
• Report key metrics on a regular basis to immediate supervisor

• Provide insights on how to improve standard practices
• Train team members on new practices

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year experience in managing a team in the BPO or VA industry

• 10 mbps download

• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills- ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions

• Exceptional, professional communication skills both written and verbal

• Ability to think logically and communicate clearly

• Ability to self manage, self motivate and be accountable for assignments and related deadlines

• Experience with EBay and Amazon is a PLUS

• Can start ASAP
