Need someone familiar with Wordpress and Adobe Illustrator

I am looking for my first assistant. I run an online business selling t-shirts and other design items, I do all the printing and designing and I could use someone to help with increasing my product offerings. Helping me turn one design into a variety of options and creating the files and posting them on my website. I would like someone who is familiar with Wordpress so I won't have to explain it too much and be able to use adobe illustrator. A huge benefit is if you have worked with Etsy before, otherwise I can teach it. I need someone to add items already on my website back to my Etsy so they both have everything. Other abilities such as facebook ad knowledge and advanced SEO skills would be preferred. I also need someone who can take charge of my email marketing.
Job is very dog related, so appreciation for pets and a willingness to learn about my niche market is preferred.
