Virtual Administrative Assistant working with the owner during Arizona time 9am to 5pm.
Financial industry a plus.
Quickbooks experience a plus.
Microsoft excel, word, outlook required.
Create excel sheets, write up policies and procedures, print client documents, do misc. research projects, occasionally take phone calls for the office via google voice.
Be able to work independently with detailed instructions.
Excellent written and verbal english skills.
