SDR/Inbox Manager

I am looking for an SDR or Inbox manager. This position is very similar to email support, but it will have some sales components. You will respond to incoming emails, qualify/disqualify leads, communicate with them, and schedule sales appointments with the qualified leads.

Your Main Responsibilities:
Oversee multiple client inboxes
Respond and communicate with leads
Follow up with leads
Keep track of leads in the CRM
Schedule meetings for our clients (Using the CRM)
Keep up-to-date reports with email performance

The Ideal Candidate:
Superb English writing skills
Follows instructions exactly
Can learn from both SOPs and 1-on-1s
Comfortable with frequent communication with the team.
Must be trainable and take direction well
Some experience in virtual customer service, chat/email support, etc
Some experience in business development, sales, lead generation, etc

We will communicate through Slack and Google Meets. You must have access to a microphone and a webcam for internal communication only for the duration of your shift.


Our Company:
Our company is called MD Growth Partners ( ---------- ). Our business could be referred to as outbound marketers, lead generation or growth consultants.

We work with other businesses to help them scale their revenue mainly through client acquisition and sales systems. We do this through outbound systems, handling responses and sales consulting, and your main role will be to handle these inbound replies that come in from our systems over Emails, SMS and LinkedIn DMs.

We’re a small company looking to expand, with just 3 members right now, and we’re headquartered in the UK and Malaysia.

Basically:
We send out emails, LinkedIn DMs and SMS to leads
Some of those leads respond to us
You will communicate with those leads and try to book them into sales meetings with our clients.

Hours:
9 am to 5 pm Eastern Standard Time.
Monday to Friday, 4-8 hours a day.
20 minimum, 40 maximum a week. Depending on your availability and hourly rate.
We prefer to hire someone full time (40 hours)

Time Zone:
We run on Eastern Standard Time (EST), which is 12 hours behind Manila time.

For example, if it’s 1 pm on Thursday in Eastern Standard Time, it’s 1 am in Friday Manila Time. So you must be available between 9 pm and 5 am Manila Time.

Pay:
TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and and apply for the job. The minimum $4 per hour. If you have experience in appointment setting, SDR/BDR experience, or email chat support, this rate could be higher.

Pay will be calculated by Hubstaff’s time tracking, This system also takes screenshots of the employee’s desktop every 10 minutes. This is to prevent employees from working for multiple businesses at once.
