Lead Generation and Sales

I am looking for someone who is NOT afraid of cold calling to generate leads and set appointments.
I am a Mortgage Loan Officer and my main goal is to have an exceptional sales person to call "New Home Builders" in Texas and offer my services to them and get an appointment set with the sales representative at the communities or corporate.
I would like to be their "Preferred Lender" of choice when clients look at their new homes and wants to buy it. I want the sales person to refer those clients to me to do their home loans.
