VA for Data Scraping Real Estate Portals & General Admin work

I require a VA to search various UK based Real Estate portals to research and compile information and populate a spreadsheet with the relevant information.

I initially require 3 hours per day - 15 hours per week
The initial rate will be $123 pm for 60hrs pm a rate of $2.05 per hr, I will also pay a bonus of $100 for every lead that converts to a sale.

I will also require general administration work to be carried out, such as updating CRM systems and preparing documents to be sent out to clients, this will be using existing templates.

Step by Step training will be provided, however I do require a motivated self starter as you will be working on set tasks.
