JOB OVERVIEW

**Marketing Tasks:**
- **Social Media Management:** Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, etc. Schedule captivating travel-related posts and stories using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer.
- **Content Creation:** Draft exciting blog posts, social media captions, and email content showcasing dream destinations, travel tips, and special offers.
- **Graphic Design:** Design eye-catching graphics for social media posts, travel itineraries, flyers, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva, Photoshop, or Illustrator — all reflecting the company’s fresh and adventurous brand.
- **Monitor Analytics:** Track social media performance and website traffic to understand what content resonates with the audience. Provide suggestions for boosting engagement.
- **Update Marketing Materials:** Ensure all travel packages, promotional brochures, and digital ads are visually appealing, on-brand, and up-to-date.

**Email Management Tasks:**
- **Inbox Organization:** Manage the company inbox by responding to general inquiries, flagging important client emails, and organizing correspondence.
- **Email Campaign Management:** Create and schedule visually stunning newsletters and special offer emails using Mailchimp or ConvertKit.
- **Follow-up Emails:** Send follow-ups to potential travelers, confirming inquiries or offering personalized travel suggestions.
- **Manage Subscriptions:** Update and segment email lists — organizing subscribers by travel interests or destination preferences for targeted marketing campaigns.
