Job Responsibilities

High-Level Strategy

Manage and grow affiliate offers on platforms like ClickBank and DigiStore.
Strengthen relationships with existing affiliates, ensuring they receive the resources and support needed to succeed.
Identify and incentivize high-performing affiliates (whales) through bonuses and personalized support.
Expand the affiliate program by recruiting new partners, including 2nd-tier affiliates, influencers, and social media personalities.
75% of this position is reaching out and establishing new relationships.
Traffic & Funnel Optimization

Leverage affiliate traffic to increase overall site traffic, including ---------- opportunities like Facebook ---------- .
Collaborate with producers and affiliate platforms to optimize funnels for higher conversion rates and margins.
Maintain a seamless affiliate traffic funnel to prevent overlap with direct customer traffic.
Affiliate Relationship Management

Maintain communication with current affiliates via email (e.g., responding to requests, providing access to resources, and managing calendars).
Develop incentives and bonuses for top-performing affiliates.
Set up and maintain affiliate pages, ensuring they are always up-to-date with offers and information.
Outreach & Recruitment

Expand outreach to new affiliates through platforms like DigiStore and ClickBank.
Contact producers and influencers to foster collaborations.
Implement tools and processes for influencer outreach, including free product guidelines and sign-up forms.

Email Campaigns & Onboarding

Create and execute email series for new affiliates, ensuring smooth onboarding and program participation.
Work with email affiliates to maximize reach and engagement.
Additional Projects

Launch a "how-to" guide for the affiliate program on our website.
Ensure the affiliate program works seamlessly for both influencers and email campaigns.
Set up Basecamp sign-up forms for influencers with clear parameters and guidelines.
Qualifications

Proven experience in affiliate marketing, relationship management, or similar roles.
Familiarity with platforms like ClickBank, DigiStore, and affiliate funnels.
Strong communication skills to maintain relationships with affiliates and influencers.
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects.
Experience in the e-commerce industry is a plus.
Comfortable with performance-based compensation models.
Compensation

Base salary is $150 a week, paid weekly. 1% commission once produced by affiliate efforts paid monthly.
Additional bonuses for exceptional performance and successful onboarding of high-tier affiliates.
