Talented PHP developer looking for a long term position

We are a digital service for connecting customer to interpreters (oral translations). We are based in Sweden.

Our clients are private companies and government agencies who need help communicating with people who do not speak neither swedish nor english. For example, hospitals who want to provide the best care for refugees, and foreign workers . We find the right interpreter for the job, and we aim to do the fastest match in the market.

Our development team is currently distributed in three countries, and we are growing.
We are looking for a talented backend developer to join our team of fun-loving individuals
This is a full-time position for working remotely.

Even though we have an internationally distributed team, we like to follow swedish standards regarding work benefits. We expect you to have a life outside your work, that you need to take care of. We understand that. We are in for a long term relationship.

Our current tech stack is:
Backend: Laravel 5.4, Redis, Socket.io and NodeJS, running on Azure cloud.
Web: HTML5/Bootstrap.
Mobile: Ionic2, Angular2

Technical skills
Must have:
1) You have been part of at least two Laravel +5.0 projects.
or you are a regular contributor to an open source PHP library.
2) You have experience with Redis.
3) You have experience with Socket.io.
4) You are familiar with unit testing and integration testing, and have an eye for quality.
5) You know your way around with git.

Nice to have:
1) Experience developing mobile apps
2) Experience with Node.
3) Experience deploying to Azure and/or AWS.

Personal skills:
1) You can communicate in english, preferably both spoken and written.
2) You are humble and honest.
3) You are positive to pair-programming.
4) It is ok for others to work on code you have written. You do not take it personal when others improve your code, in fact you appreciate the opportunity to develop your skill from others.
5) You can plan your work.
