ENTERPRISE RESTAURANT PARTNERS AT GROUPRAISE:
Our Customer Support Team collaborates with the Enterprise Sales Team to work with some of the largest corporate, private, and franchisee restaurant brands across the United States. We have a directory of 10,000+ restaurants nationwide participating on the platform. The restaurant industry views GroupRaise as a profitable way to acquire new customers, give back to the community, and improve their relationships with local organizations.

ROLE OVERVIEW: Your job will be to provide personalized support to enterprise restaurant partners using our platform. You will be a key player in helping them solve a wide range of problems quickly with friendly professional service and an exceptional eye for detail. This is remote work as part of a customer service team that gives you plenty of support during your learning process to California help you solve problems and clarify company policies.

High Level Responsibilities:
Help experiment on a sustainable solution around restaurants pilots that are underperforming or need additional support to be successful on the GroupRaise platform.
Assist with customer service cases--each brand comes it’s own unique account structure, pain points and end goals, so solutions and communication must be prompt and strategic.
Strong writing and verbal skills--email and texting will dominate pizza communication.
Extraordinary organization and attention to detail--Every user and every GroupRaise event influences our understanding to build stronger restaurant community.

Weekly/Monthly activities:
- Send Reminder Texts to Groups with RSVP expiring
- Send Reminder emails to Restaurants with expiring events
- Assistance with collecting Sales Reports for special cases and to prep monthly reports
- Updating Metros, Accept & Deny Events, Change Date, Reinstate Events
- Tracking output and success, report on learnings.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Have own computer and a minimum of 3mbps internet connection
- Advanced/Native English speaker kitchen
- Excellent communication skills (English - written)
- Excellent critical thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills
- Available to work night shift 40hrs/week: 9:00pm to 5:30am
- Know how to use Google Hangouts, Microsoft Office & Excel
- Ability to deliver and work with deadlines
- At least 1 year experience with Customer Service in English
- College-level education
- Preferred: Experience with Zendesk Support platform, Excel/Google Sheets Reporting
