The Analytics Manager will help us calculate and report revenue data to our affiliate and client network, and support the marketing team in generating revenue tracking links for our partners.

You will report to our Philippines country manager and work closely with the CEO and account managers.

If you love the wisdom of numbers, we will train you on these specifics of the role. You must show proof of expertise in spreadsheets and come with positive references.

Responsibilities Include:

- Sales Attributions. Log into two systems, rationalize the data, and append orders to specific affiliates. Assign sales not properly recorded. (managing revenue reporting)

- Back refunds out of tools like Infusionsoft (managing revenue reporting)

- Link Generation & Testing (creating affiliate links for partners)

- Help the company win sales events by tracking real-time leaderboards and making recommendations for action based on data.

- Affiliate analysis. Who are our most profitable partners and prospects?

- Deep dive reporting - Answering conversions questions based on Google Analytics data

- Track Split Tests on Conversion Data -- Historical Data Tracking

Is this a full-time job?
Yes it is. We expect a full 40 hour work week and we use TimeDoctor to track that.


Do I have to work certain hours?
We allow everyone on our team to work when they’d like (within reason). But we do ask that there is a period of time that overlaps with the morning hours in the Central time zone (from 9PM to 1AM Manila). We ask they fill out a calendar with their work hours so we know when they’ll be available. There are times, however, when a particular project needs attention and then will ask you to adjust those hours. Fortunately, we are very organized so those times are rare.


What’s the salary?
Our base salary starts at 25,000 pesos per month but we are willing to go higher for the right person. If you require more, please let us know.


Do you honor 13th Month?
Yes we do.


Have you worked with Filipinos before?
Yes. We currently have 2 Filipinos already on our team, most have been with us for years.


How will you communicate with me?
We use email, Slack, Zoom, all things Google and plenty of videos. We track projects in Asana and will show you how to use that if you aren’t familiar with it.


Can I work for others?
We are a committed team and this is a full-time salaried position, so we ask that you commit to only working with us.
