JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service and Admin Executive to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring exceptional service and support through email channels, live chat on our website, and other marketplaces. If you are a problem solver with a passion for helping others and an ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email and live chat across our website and marketplaces.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers by using the right methods and tools.
- Handle customer complaints with patience and empathy, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within defined time limits.
- Follow up to ensure resolutions meet customer expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, inquiries, complaints, and resolutions.
- Process customer accounts, update records, and file necessary documents accurately.
- Troubleshoot and investigate customer issues, escalating to other teams if required, and ensure timely resolution.
- Proactively suggest improvements to enhance the customer experience and streamline service operations.

Requirements:

- Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred

Skills:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to empathize with customers and remain calm under pressure.
- Confident in using digital tools and platforms for communication and record-keeping.
- Time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a remote environment.

Technical Requirements:
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
- Familiarity with customer service tools (e.g., Delightchat) is a plus but not essential.
