### Job Description: Client Acquisition Manager

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Client Acquisition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to identify potential clients with hiring needs, schedule appointments, and build strong relationships. This role is crucial for expanding our client base and ensuring that we meet their recruitment demands effectively.

#### Key Responsibilities:

- Client Identification: Utilize LinkedIn and Sales Navigator to research and identify potential clients with job vacancies and recruitment needs.
- Appointment Scheduling: Reach out to prospective clients via email, phone, and LinkedIn messages to schedule appointments and discuss their hiring requirements.
- Needs Assessment: Engage with clients to understand their hiring challenges and needs, and offer tailored solutions that align with their goals.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and long-term partnerships.
- Lead Management: Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-ups and maintaining detailed records of client interactions.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on client acquisition activities, appointment scheduling, and conversion rates to management.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless transition from client acquisition to recruitment execution.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to effectively position our services to potential clients.

#### Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client acquisition or sales, preferably in a recruitment or staffing environment.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn and Sales Navigator, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these tools for client outreach and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for achieving targets and driving business growth.
