About Our Company

We are a China based, Hong Kong registered international trading company looking to hire a full-time Virtual Accounting Manager to help us with our book-keeping and accounting needs. More info about the company can be found at ImexSourcingServices.com

Work Timings: 9AM -6PM – Philippines Time.
Lunch Break: 1 Hour
Probation Period: 3 Months.

This is not a PART-TIME position.

We already have an existing full-time Philllipines based team member who has worked with us for over 3 years now & has been outstanding and are looking to build this team further and hence looking for people who are serious about a “full-time job” and willing to dedicate themselves to a company & grow with the company.

DUAL benefit = Work from home without the hassle of working at odd work hours.

We are looking for someone that can work independently with limited instruction and supervision and can find answers to most questions using online research.

Mission:
To be responsible for managing our day to day book-keeping and accounting needs & ensuring that quality reports are available to the business in order to make high quality business decisions on day to day basis.

Job Description:
• Managing the day to day bookkeeping for the business.
• Carrying out research, related to our pricing and our pricing position in the market.
• Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements.
• Work with our accountant (based in Hong Kong) to resolve any queries that may come up.
• Communicate with our bank as and when required - Via phone and email.
• Checking the expense spreadsheets kept by China office (in English) to ensure they are up to date, accurate & don't have any anomalies.
• Help with coordinating and completing annual audits.
• Making payments applications to suppliers via online banking
• Help us research, shortlist and select the best possible "Accounting Solution" for our business needs and ensure that we have fully migrated to the new software by April 30, 2017.
• Have 2016 accounts updated by Mar 30 2017 and finalised & ready for submission to accountant by April 30, 2017.

• Accounting Degree
• Previous accounting/book-keeping experience

Applicant should have.
• Broadband connection & dedicated computer for work.
• Good set of headphones/speakers for audio conversations.
• Comfortable with audio & video calls for meetings.

Selection Process:
The selection process involves application form, followed by a Skype Interview & a couple of online tests. This will then be followed by a couple of Paid trial tasks before a job offer is made.
