Wordpress Theme Development, design a mockup

We are currently looking for a Full?time Graphics Master (someone with amazing graphic talents) that
primarily uses Adobe Fireworks or Adobe Photoshop.

*** THE RATE OF PAY ***
I will pay whatever you are worth. If you possess all the requirements and have talent you can expect to
be paid anywhere from 9,000 ? 30,000 PHP/month (or more) to start. And you have the potential to earn
as much as 45,000 PHP/month if you prove yourself as an asset to the company for several months. If
your main focus is to be the best you can be and you treat this company with the respect and care you
treat your closest family ? this company will take care of you.

*** WORK DESCRIPTION ***
? DESIGNING WORDPRESS THEMES. Specifically very clean, web 2.0 style themes. Samples of the
expected quality are located here:

? CREATING CUSTOM LOGOS. Some of the themes that are designed will require custom generic logos to
be created.

*** REQUIREMENTS ***

? ADOBE FIREWORKS OR PHOTOSHOP. I'd prefer someone who uses Adobe Fireworks or Adobe
Photoshop. Others in the team including myself use these programs for our web graphics. And with you
using it too, it will make it easy for others to assist in minor revisions that need to be made to your
graphics when there is little or no notice and you are not around. We all like to help each other out in
this company.

? VERY CREATIVE. Most of the time you will NOT be given full detailed outlines or sketches of the graphics you need to create. In many cases I may say I need an ad of a certain size that is centered around a message like "Product Launch Special ? Half Price Today Only!" and it will be up to you to come up with a design.
Or I may show you several samples of websites and request that you create a new website design based
on combining those themes. Please note that if stock images are needed please search for them using
Fotolia or istockphoto as I currently have credits on these sites. As well, don't feel as though you will be
alone in the design process we welcome people to ask for suggestions and to bounce ideas of each
other, so if you're not sure where to start with a given task by all means ask and we'll help any way we
can.

? RELIABLE. This is the most important requirement. As mentioned in the pay rate area if you treat this
company like your family the company will take care of you. Reliability is a big part of that. Being in
constant contact during working hours VIA skype, MSN or other instant messenger, showing up to work
consistently at the same time each day, meeting the deadlines you set, and giving advanced notice of
any absence is a guaranteed way to get a pay raise. (However, not doing these things is a guaranteed
way to get fired. There is a zero tolerance policy for disappearing during working hours without prior
notice) If you are having issues with meeting a deadline or are unsure about how to proceed with a
given task please let me know ? I don't ever yell at staff. As long as you just come to me and tell me what
the problem is straight away you won't get in trouble. Like I said, we're a family and we like to help each
other out.

? NO OTHER JOBS/WORK. This job offer is not available to companies with multiple employees. Only
individuals may apply. To fulfill the needs of this job you're full time effort must be given. I cannot
accept delays in your tasks, or give you time off simply because you have "other work". In addition. I will
not even consider applications that contain phrases like "my other work won't affect this". The
requirement is that this is your ONLY job ? no exceptions.

? DESIRE FOR A LONG TERM POSITION AND ADVANCEMENT. This is a long term position. I'm looking for
someone that wants to grow with the company over the next few years. I'm
a very generous person when it comes to paying employees. I frequently give out bonuses and large
raises several times a year depending on performance. If you're showing up to work on time each day,
are in contact contract via msn or skype messenger during working hours, never disappear without
notice and are meeting deadlines that you've set and your work is good you WILL be rewarded and will
make a lot more money. As mentioned before, I have no problem doubling your salary after a couple
months if you've proven yourself to be an asset to this company. However, if you're only looking for a
short term job that you can work on inconsistently whenever the mood strikes you just to make a few
bucks ? please look elsewhere, this job is not for you. Dedication is required.
? SAMPLES OF YOUR WORK. All applicants must provide samples of their best related work with their

*** REQUIRED EDUCATION ***
None. Formal education doesn't matter to me at all. Whether you have a masters degree or you're a
high school dropout... I don't care. I also don't care where you have worked previously. All that matters
to me are the samples of your work that you provide. Having visual samples of quality work you've done
in the past speaks louder and any formal education or job experience.
