Workforce Monitor Specialist

Applicant must possess the following:

Knowledgeable on MS Office especially Excel and MS Word
Strong command of the English Language
Can work with Minimal Supervision
Knowledge in Five9 Dialer application is a requirement
Knowledgeable with the use of Google spreadsheet, word, powerpoint and docs
Willing to work on graveyard shift
