JOB OVERVIEW

CG Trade is looking for a Head of Administration who is ready to grow their career in the exciting world of online business. We are looking for an experienced Head of Administration to supervise daily support operations of our company and plan the most efficient administrative procedures. You will lead a team of professionals to complete a range of administrative duties in different departments.

A great Head of Administration has excellent communication and organizational skills. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in departmental procedures and policies and will be able to actively discover new ways to do the job more efficiently.

The goal is to ensure all support activities are carried on efficiently and effectively to allow the other operations to function properly.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
• Become a team player who can add valuable business insights
• Digest and retain new information and help create business entities and processes that will become profitable
• Create SOPs for any new processes you help build
• Analyze data to find inefficiencies in our existing processes and help find ways to make these processes -more efficient and profitable
• Help manage a team to implement these new processes
• Train team members to execute SOPs
• Continually monitor team members to make sure they are hitting their goals
• Become a high-level player who can eventually manage their own projects without much supervision

Secondary Responsibilities:
• Complete day to day tasks that help run our eBay and Amazon businesses
• Understand online marketing and online businesses and use that knowledge to further our company
• Help the team think of new, profitable business plans

Expectations for Trainees:
Training will last 6 months. Salary starts at P30,000 - P45,000 based on prior work experience. We will also provide bonuses and incentives. If you complete this training successfully you will be offered a full time contract position with a raise in salary.

Within 6 months you will:
• Complete training
• Start to manage and implement your own SOPs
• Help manage departments in our businesses
• Start to analyze key business data and create more efficient processes
• Understand the company culture and become a team player
• Be able to work independently without much supervision

Work Experience:
• You have worked in the BPO or eCommerce industry for at least 5 years and have experience managing a team
• Online marketing experience is a plus but not required
• Online business experience is a plus but not required
