Email Support --START IMMEDIATELY

we are looking for 3 additional members to our email support team.
MUST have the speed, can provide great quality of work and can cope with our fast pacing environment.
this is a long-term job position

**Training will start tomorrow for qualified candidates**

We don't need someone who is an expert on this, but we need someone who is willing to learn, grow and have a long-term job.
We prefer someone with NO experience working in an onlinejob/with home based job
but for those with experience, feel free to apply.

We have schedules to be followed and this might change depends on the business needs so you must be flexible enough to work on different shifts

Extremely reliable and dependent.
Can be very trustworthy specially in working with minimum supervision.
Can work well with others
Has the "can do" attitude.
Can work with time tracker that can be downloaded here in onlinejobs.ph to track on daily productivity during the 8 hours shift
Can handle difficult customer issues and follow the business process and policies
must be 100% committed to the job and knows the value of having a long-term job
open for feedback (job performance)
always willing to learn and listen, if needs improvement

Since your job is to answer EMAILS ONLY and concerns are not difficult to answer, you will be required to finish 400-600 emails per day.
Also, must be open for performance review in a weekly basis and follow quality guidelines.

This is for full-time position so if you are applying just for the sake of having a temporary job.. don't waste your time
Because our business is growing so we need someone to work with us who can be trusted and stay long.

This job is pure email support; nothing else.
Schedule will be 5-days a week; and flexible so rest days and start times will change based on the business needs.
$200 monthly
Pay will periodically increase as performance is shown to be great.
*** note: we will have a "three-weeks trial" period to make sure that you are the rightful candidate for the job. Weekly pay during the trial period for first week and it is lesser than the monthly pay and there will be a performance review.
Monthly pay will start once you pass the trial .
Week trial pay will be sent after completing 5 work days (8 hrs a day- 40hrs a week).
If removed from the team within the current week-- no pay.
So always put your best foot forward.
