Facebook Ads Manager

I am looking for an experienced Facebook Ads person, someone with demonstrated ability to create, manage and analyze Facebook ads for one or multiple groups simultaneously.

The person should have the ability to show us ads they have created, including the design, and how the ads converted, meaning the analysis of the ad spend to the conversions.
