Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented Website Developer with strong organizational and technical skills to join our support desk team. This role focuses on reviewing, organizing, and managing client website requests, addressing tasks as needed, assigning tasks to tea ---------- mbers, and updating support tickets with completed work notes. The ideal candidate is fluent in English, proactive in problem-solving, and adept at collaborating within a small team.

Responsibilities
Support Desk Management: Monitor and review incoming website support requests, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely and effective resolution.

Task Execution & Documentation: Address support tasks directly when possible, assign tasks to tea ---------- mbers as needed, and document all completed work in the support system.

Monthly Website Maintenance: Perform monthly updates of client websites, including software and plugin updates to keep sites secure and up-to-date.

Plugin & Feature Application: Apply new plugin features to client websites and assist with implementing the latest updates.
Troubleshooting & Testing: Diagnose and resolve WordPress and hosting issues, ensuring high-quality site performance and functionality.

Site Security & Speed: Monitor and optimize client sites for speed, security, and performance, including database cleanup, hacking recovery, and vulnerability management.

Industry Awareness: Stay current with website development news and security advisories, implementing updates as necessary.

Monthly Tasks
Manage and execute monthly software updates on WordPress sites.
Handle monthly client support requests through our support ticket center.
Apply new plugin features and updates to WordPress sites.
Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress and hosting issues.
Assist in maintaining site speed performance and security for client websites.

Qualifications & Qualities
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in WordPress, Beaver Builder, Elementor, Oxygen, WooCommerce, and other WordPress themes and plugins.
Coding Skills: Confidence in coding with HTML5, CSS3, PHP, and JavaScript.
Experience in Web Hosting: Familiarity with web hosting performance, security issues, and cross-browser compliance.
Problem-Solving Mindset: A free thinker who actively looks for answers and takes initiative in resolving technical issues.
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills, responsive to email and chat, and a proactive communicator.
Design & Responsive Coding: Understanding of web design, responsive design, and graphic design.
Team Player: Comfortable working within a small team environment of 5-10 people.
