- Manage new and existing leads to help convert leads into paying customers

- Have a solid working experience on processes and systems to follow up with clients until clients are reached and go through the process of conversion up to closing

- committed to responding to new leads, existing leads, potential clients and team members within 2 1/2 minutes from requests (new leads have a much higher degree of retention if they are helped right after they contact our team, otherwise, they'll contact our competitors)
- Experienced at searching and finding properties for clients both on the MLS and FSBOs from all sorts of sites
- Capable of determining property values by performing Comparative Marketing Analysis or BPOs
- Committed to
- work a full 8-hr. day shift, 5 days a week
- stay on task and be available to work with clients and the rest of the team for the duration of the shift
- maintain sleeping habits that will help remain alert for the duration of the shift and not sleep on the job
- talk on the phone for great part of the shift for training and to perform 3-way calls between the real estate agent and the potential clients
- At least 1 year solid work experience working in a professional real estate setting AS A LEAD MANAGER, meaning, that applicant knows the ins and outs of managing real estate leads
- Experienced at working the grave yard shift
- Own reliable equipment to perform the work without interruption
- Must own a pocket wifi or another device to connect to the internet in case of internet interruption
- Must have a reliable internet connection, preferably hire wired and with the highest internet speed available in the area
- Must own a laptop with a charged battery at all times in case of blackouts and brownouts
- Virtual Agent must be able to use computer applications such as Skype, join.me, RealtyJuggler, Google apps (YouTube, Google Voice, Google Calendar, Google Contacts, GMail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Maps), TeamViewer, Nitro PDF, DocuSign, BB FlashBack Express Recorder and Skyslope
- Limited training will be provided but Virtual Agent must at have experience performing the work and with software and apps. A large part of the training will be provided through YouTube and other training videos. The Virtual Agent will be provided with a login to access these videos and must be able to play the training videos on his/her computer. Training will also be provided one-on-one. Virtual Agent must have the ability to go through this process at ease and be patient with self and other team members.
