Job Description
Your job will be as a Virtual Assistant which will involve performing a multitude of different tasks. That’s everything from, SEO, SEM, Social Media Management, Reputation Management, Email Marketing, Copy Writing, Google Places, Graphics, Logo’s Web design (desktop and mobile) to name a few.....
I personally never limit the skills of my team,  if there is a demand for a skill I either train a VA already on my team or find some one already with that skill. I will never ask you to do a task that you cant already do, or I cant train you to do.  :)

The Top 3 criteria you must have are:-
1.. Excellent command of the English language As this is the only skill I cant each you, I could actually use some training myself. It is not my best subject.
2... A good understanding of wordpress.
3… Sound knowledge and understanding of SEO.


ENGLISH
-You must be able to speak, read, and write English well.
-Enjoy and have a genuine passion for the art of creative writing.
Activities will include research, writing articles, writing Press Releases, editing articles, rewriting content, blog post, emails, auto responders, ebooks, sales copy. etc etc

Wordpress / Website design
Wordpress is the only platform I recommend or use to build websites. You should have a good understanding of Wordpress. You will be required to tasks such as installation, adding themes and customizing, installing plugins, adding widgets, writing and updating posts, and webmaster duties.

SEO.
The back bone of internet marketing. This is something that you should already have a strong passion for.

You will be required to work within our project management system. Our online project management system will require you to ‘log in’ and ‘log out’ to capture your time sheet to calculate your pay. Your work will be monitored while logged in.

Salary
I am looking to employ someone who is looking for a permanent full time/ or part time, long-term position. The right person will be rewarded based on current skill and experience. Bonus and incentives will be offered based totally on performance. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow within the company and receive bonuses and work up to more management positions and increase in pay will be performance related.

Pay starts at
Full Time US$150 (approx 6,500 PHP) 8 hrs a day, 5 days a week Mon to Fri.
Part Time $75 per month 4 hrs per day, 5 days a week, Mon - Fri.
All pays are paid on the first Wednesday of every month only via PayPal.

Here are 2 of the immediate bonuses available in the first month.
Bonus # 1 = $25 is rewarded for getting to work on time every day and completing each shift without any interruptions.
Bonus # 2 = $25 per month rewarded for a high standard of work ethic.

You will have the opportunity to negotiate a increase in pay based on current your skills and your performance during a 90 day probationary period.
