JOB OVERVIEW

VA Wanted for Local Search Marketing Company

We are Local Search Marketing Specialist who have built up a reputable company over the last 3 years with clients on three continents.

Based in both London UK and Bangkok Thailand we are now seeking a new VA to join our expanding team of Social Media and SEO experts.

You will be required to work within our System. The System is our online work scheduler. You will need to ‘log in’ at the start of your day and ‘log out’ at the end of your day. Full training will be given to our working practices. You will report directly to our Chief Operations Director.

NB. If you don’t want to work in a business environment please do not apply for this position.

You should have the following essential skills:

1) A good/excellent command of English both written and spoken.
2) Be of odd discilpline, health and have Excellent Communication skills
3) Own your own computer with a high speed Internet connection
4) A quite place to work
5) Be on Skype and able to take 2 way video calls
6) Have an excellent understanding of ‘White Hat’ SEO, Social Media and video marketing.
7) Be able to work 8 hours a day, 5 day a week, 40 hours per week.

Your Daily Assignments:
Your daily assignments will be in The System and future assignments will be rescheduled as you finish each task.

These assignments will include:
Blog Commenting – Finding relevant blogs and articles and writing relevant comments to add value to the post plus adding a link.
(No cut and paste comments!)

Forum Commenting - Finding relevant forums and writing relevant comments to add value to the threads plus adding a link.
(No cut and paste comments! )

Social Bookmarking – Writing short relevant sentences across dozens of social bookmarking sites to promote websites and blogs.

Video Bookmarking – Writing short relevant sentences across dozens of social bookmarking sites to promote videos.

High PR and EDU link building – building links from high PR sites to our blogs and websites.

Directory Listings – Adding company information (name, address, telephone number, descriptions etc.) to online business directories.

Research and Tracking – Monthly tracking of keywords to log the changing positions in Google of our clients websites and blogs.

Video Production – Make short simple 60-90 second videos using Animoto with a clear ‘call to action’.

Note. All the work as outlined above is to be done by hand and not in automated software like SENuke. We want quality work only that will last, not spammy work of no value.

Remuneration
We are only looking to employ someone who is looking for a full time, long-term position. The right candidate will be rewarded accordingly on experience and aptitude to the job. There will be plenty of opportunities to grow within the company and receive bonuses after training and also work up to more senior positions and increase in pay will be perormance related.

You will be paid at the end of every month by Paypal.

Training
Training will be provided through videos, documents and by Skype screen share/video.
You will report directly to the Chief Operations Director.
