Sounds good right! Well there is a catch…

You will have to be able to break down what you read into action steps, create a Visio chart, provide a summary and create of list of the personal that is needed.

Your work should be broken down so well that you can give it to anyone and they will be able to follow the instructions and get great results—quickly!

Skills you will need:

1. Ability to read and comprehend complex English

2. Ability to think sequentially

3. Ability to make flowcharts

4. Ability to write reports

5. Ability to meet tight deadlines

6. Ability to focus

7. Ability to work alone

There will be a 7 day paid test period. Then a one month paid period and then a one year contract.

If you are looking for an easy non-thinking task—this is not it.

OK and for all the people who just cut and paste old data without thinking--here is what I want prospects to do! Answer the following Questions:

1. “Tell me about a time when you had to slog your way through a ton of work. How did you get through it?”

2. “What were you doing the last time you looked at a clock and realized you had lost all track of time?”

3. “What movie, no matter how many times you’ve seen it, do you have to watch when it’s on?”

4. “Tell me about the last time a co-worker or customer got angry with you. What happened?”

5. “What business would you love to start?”

6. “What would you most like to learn here that would help you in the future?”
