We are looking to bring on a full time wordpress developer to join our team. Applicants will need to be fluent with Html, Css, PHP and show an extremely high level of experience with building and maintaining wordpress websites.

We need someone who can build a theme from scratch if necessary, or alternatively customise an existing theme if this method suits the budget and scope of the respective job.
Above all, we are looking for someone with the right attitude to fit with our company.

• Efficiency. We always want to find the best way of doing things, and this may not always be our way. If you find that our processes may be made more efficient we expect that you will voice your opinion on the matter and not just aimlessly follow the guidelines simply because they are what have been set out. At the same time however, if you think your way is better it is not enough to just do it your way, you must always either follow the guidelines or challenge them directly.
• Transparency. Above everything we expect full honesty and trust. This comes in many forms, but is easily understandable. If you take the position for example, we expect that it will be you completing the work, and not a friend or employee. We have had some bad experiences with this recently. Perhaps even more importantly we expect that you actually tell us if a request is out of your field of ability. We are very happy to supply training and upskilling. It does not work out for anyone if we entrust you with a task that is beyond your ability, so be honest with us.
• Communication. It is very important that you are responsive to emails and skype during working time. We need to be able to have consistent and reliable methods of communication between all employees otherwise the team work breaks down. We operate as a team, not a series of individuals.

During peak design and developing times you may find yourself working with other developers. During quieter times when there is no web development work being conducted you may find yourself doing data analysis on SEO campaigns. This data analysis is boring, we know it but it is not a consistent part of the job. Not every day will be exciting, and not every day will be developing. This is just part of the job.
