About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Recruiter and Onboarding Specialist to join our growing team. In this dual-function role, you will be responsible for sourcing and hiring top talent while ensuring new hires have a smooth and engaging onboarding experience. You’ll play a key role in shaping a positive candidate journey from first contact through their successful integration into the company.

Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
Write and post job descriptions on internal and external job boards.
Source candidates through databases, LinkedIn, job boards, and referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (e.g., Zoho Recruit, Greenhouse).
Manage the offer process, including negotiation and documentation.

Onboarding
Own the onboarding lifecycle from offer acceptance through Day 1 and beyond.
Prepare and send onboarding documents, equipment requests, and welcome kits.
Facilitate new hire orientation sessions and ensure timely completion of compliance documentation (e.g., I-9, W-4).
Coordinate with IT, Facilities, and other departments for system and workspace readiness.
Monitor and support employee integration during their first 30/60/90 days.
Solicit feedback from new hires to continuously improve the onboarding experience.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in recruiting and/or onboarding with remote client EXPERIENCE
Familiarity with ATS and HRIS systems (e.g., Justworks, Zoho, BambooHR).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and time management abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for delivering an outstanding candidate and new hire experience.

Preferred Skills:
Experience recruiting in healthcare, tech, or a high-growth environment.
Knowledge of employment laws and onboarding best practices.
Comfortable working cross-functionally with hiring managers and HR teams.
