Spa Expansion Outreach Virtual Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Virtual Assistant (VA) to join our growing team and spearhead our outreach efforts for our exciting spa expansion. In this role, you will play a vital part in generating leads and building awareness for our new spa locations.

Responsibilities:

Conduct research to identify potential new clients in targeted areas.
Develop targeted email campaigns to promote our spa services and grand opening specials.
Make professional outbound calls to introduce our new spa location and its offerings.
Schedule appointments for potential clients interested in learning more about our services.
Maintain and update contact lists and outreach records.
Track and report on the effectiveness of outreach campaigns.
Assist with social media promotion for the new spa location (optional).
