Contributor/Editor, Travel & Lifestyle

Simply Dapper Travel is seeking is seeking a digital Publishing Contributor to help maintain the flow of digital content publishing strategy. We are looking for a strong travel and lifestyle writer who is passionate about creating compelling content that will support our broader digital marketing strategy.

Key responsibilities will include but will not be limited to the following:
• Writing content optimized for digital platforms
• Building and maintaining a content library
• Supporting ongoing content workflows, routing and posting for integrated communications

Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of digital content journalism/blogging experience in fast-paced demanding environment
• Exceptional verbal and written communications skills, including proficiency in copywriting and proofreading
• A proven knack for editorial ideation across multiple digital platforms including blogs and social media
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated and adapts to changing situations and requirements
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment
• Collaborative, team oriented and creative problem solver with strong analytical skills
• Master of social media platforms such as Facebook.
• A fluid, natural communicator who has experience writing and copyediting for online publications and social platforms.
• Experience with Wordpress a plus
