Who are we looking for?
The Virtual Administrative Assistant will provide support to the agents on the team as well as the administrative staff. This person relishes the opportunity to build, implement, and manage multiple systems with minimal supervision. The Virtual Administrative Assistant is deeply committed to completing tasks the right way with a high degree of quality, attention to detail, and consistent communication. This person has immense focus and can do one thing for a long time without getting distracted.
Your duties and responsibilities will include (but not limited to):
Assist agents/transaction coordinator with paperwork
Manage agents calendar, schedule, and
Overlook transactions and timelines
Assures that all post-closing procedures take place.
Update and manage CRM
Knowledge/Skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and project management abilities
Great ability to focus
