Financial Planning and Loans Professional

Primary Job Objective
To help working Australians improve their lives by building financial wealth whilst they are working and to achieve financial independence when they retire.
Main Duties and Tasks
1. Assist in all operational aspects of processing home loans and investment loan applications to purchase Australian property
2. Undertake loan affordability calculations
3. Undertake loan comparison analyses
4. Analysis of potential property purchases including tax and cash flow effects
5. Preparation of financial models in Excel spreadsheet format
6. Preparation of financial presentations in Powerpoint format
7. Preparation of Statement of Advices in Word format for clients
8. Preparation of insurance comparisons, analyses and quotes

Skills Needed
1. Good competence and skills with Excel
2. Good competence and skills with other Microsoft applications particularly Word and Powerpoint
3. Excellent written and oral skills in English
4. Understanding of investment and financial concepts would be very advantageous including Australian income tax scales, loan amortisation schedules and investment comparisons.
5. Ability to read profit and loss statements and Australian income tax returns would be advantageous
