JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a VA with a background in Social Media and Photoshop VA with Marketing knowledge.


Key skills needed are:
High Level of Social Media and Marketing Knowledge
High level of English
Proficient with Excel, Word
Well presented & attractive persona for social media representation
Social Media Networking Skills preferable
Ability to follow scripts
Teachable & Fast-learner
High attention to details
Intermediate knowledge of photography concepts and terminology, does not have to be a great photographer but has to know what a good photography looks like
A feel/interest for architecture and interior design
A feel for 3D images/models and being able to tell when something looks realistic or fake


Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Asses the photos for additional editing and coordinate with the Editing Team for changes
- Check drone photography and add borders, lines, arrows, gradients, blurs etc
- Check floor plans and contrast them against my sketches to pinpoint errors from the drafters which happens often
- Be able to modify these floor plans identifying font types, colour schemes
- Uploading images to CMS
- Respond to any additional requests to fix photos or floorplans coming from clients after receiving them
- Invoicing
- Adding value & managing social media accounts
- Researching skills, ie research best hashtags etc



Must be:
- fluent in oral and written English
- computer literate
- attentive to details
- highly efficient, organised, and can work under minimal supervision
- honest, punctual, and reliable
- have advanced knowledge of software used for creating graphic designs and photo editing
- have strong sense of account ownership and pride in work.

This is a work from home job so candidates should have:
- his/her own computer with mic, headset, and webcam
- a reliable internet connection
- Skype
- Graphic & Photo design software/tools
- a quiet and distraction-free workspace
