Job summary:

IELTS Speaking/ESL Teacher:

We are looking for dedicated professional English language teachers to provide online instructions in English as a second language for a wide range of learners of IELTS.The right candidate should possess an active and outgoing personality as well as a professional teaching manner.

?Teach the IELTS Speaking /English language to Chinese students online and evaluate their performance based on set guidelines
?Prepare and study the teaching materials before the lesson stars
?Conduct one-on-one audio/video lessons with students within the prescribed time
?Provide corrective feedback and ensure that the students understand each lesson
?Create a lesson memo with the necessary feedback about the topics discussed


Job Requirements:
?Must be at least 22 years old
?Graduate of a 4-year college/university course.specifically in Education,Communication Arts,English,Philosophy
?Let passers and applicants with TESOL/TEFL/CELTA/TKT/CETYL/IELTS certificate or equivalent will be prioritized
?IELTS teaching experience ,ESL teaching experience and Mandarin proficiency is advantage.
?Must have the required technical and home office requirements
?Available to teach:
1. at least 6 days a week
2.at least 8 hours a day
3.can work during the peak hours: 7pm to 11pm.
?Good command of the English language
?Proficient with the use of computers
?Has excellent social skills and strong work ethics,professional,passionate in teaching,patient,focused,knowledgeable&can work with minimal supervision
?Must not be working for another company especially online English school
?Open to all qualified candidates from NCR,Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao.

?Desktop computer or laptop(Windows 7 or above)
