Optimal Webworks is hiring driven, passionate and energetic individuals to join our virtual family as a virtual assistant.

Responsibility:
Initially we want someone to help out with creating graphic banners for many marketing campaigns. The successful candidate should feel comfortable using Photoshop, and is good at following instruction. You don't need to be an expert in Photoshop.

We also need help with various administrative tasks, including planning, organizing, researching, and reporting multiple projects.

This position is the showcase of what you can do. You have a lot of room to grow professionally. We also have multiple positions within the company that you can move towards to such as content writer, SEO, campaign organizer, webmaster, and project manager.

Required Qualifications:
You must have
1. Dedication to work only 1 job, full-time, 40 hours a week.
2. Your own personal computer
3. Reliable Internet access
4. Ability to pay close attention to detail
5. Knowledge of Photoshop
6. Mature judgement

5. A short article about a) What you want from a potential employer, b) your career goals as an online worker and c) the most important facts about you that a potential employer should know. This article should be between 200-400 words. Please write concise sentences in active tense. Discuss only a single idea per sentence. Address only a single topic per paragraph. You will not be considered without the requested article.
