JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for professional virtual assistants who can work in a dynamic environment. Servicing multiple clients simultaneous servicing accounts Australia, USA, UK and Asia.

We are currently in seeking of a Full Time Customer Service Representative as part of a team with other home and office based staff.

This role will be Home Based for the first 3 months, and in May 2018 will become an OFFICE BASED for our Calamba, Laguna site which has a FREE BOARD AND LODGING package.

The role will include some work in these areas: Accommodation Reservations, Travel, Event Planning, Real Estate Property Management and Service (Locksmiths/Electricians/Plumbers) Dispatch (Dispatch)

Must be willing to work shifting schedule, some weekend, night and graveyard work involved. Standard Shift is 9 hours.

First 2 weeks of training will be conducted in our Makati Office.

Planned Start Date for this role: Early February 2018

Essential Requirements:
-Completed at least 2 years in College, Vocational Diploma, Bachelor’s/College degree holder
-Proficient & Fluent in using English language both in oral and written
-Can work under pressure with minimal supervision
-Willing to be trained and a multi tasker
-Must have experience with MS Office Suite, Live Chat, CRM, Help Desk and Call Center applications.
-Open for coaching and feedback
-Has at least 5 years working experience in BPO industry
-Self-motivated, determined, trust worthy and reliable.

Highly Regarded (Nice to have but not essential):
- Bus or Airline Operations experience
- Sales Experience
- Travel Agent or Hotel Experience

Home-based System Requirements:
- PLDT or GLOBE ADSL/Fiber Connection - minimum 5MBPS (LTE Not Suitable for position)
- Desktop or Laptop with minimum Windows 7 that is capable using Zoiper Softphone & Remote Desktop.
