Full-Time Content Marketer and Project Manager

I'm looking for a serious candidate to join our team. We create simple and super small blogs and sites for clients that they use for SEO purposes. I need someone to work directly with me as a CONTENT MARKETER AND PROJECT MANAGER help me manage and fulfill all the orders.
You’ll be working with the information provided by our clients on our store, and then coordinating delivery times between our writers and web designers.

The ideal candidate:
- Reliable, with great attention to detail and extremely well organized
- Great internet connection
- Very available and willing to work
- Fluent in English (ideally native speaker)
- Can follow instructions and is always interesting in learning
- Can work 8-10 hours per day, ideally 6-7 days per week
- Looking for long-term position
- Great with Excel and
- Has content marketing experience
- Has server management experience
- an individual NOT a team

Bonus skills:
- WordPress and web design knowledge and skills
- Understands SEO at a basic level
- Worked with Zoho Docs before (or some other shared documents site)

More about the job:
As a CONTENT MARKETER AND PROJECT MANAGER for us, you’ll have the following responsibilities…
1) Processing new orders: you’ll have access to our WooCommerce store, you’ll need to process these orders, and add them to our system, which is managed with spreadsheets on a shared docs system
2) Managing web servers: this is a very simple part of what you’ll be doing, some clients provide us with cPanel, hosting or registrar access instead of the WordPress logins. When that happens you’ll have to go to their registrar, point the domains to the correct nameservers, and then add them to the hosting account and install WordPress. It will never be more complicated than that.
2) Organizing delivery times: understand the requirements of each order and create a timeline for when the order will be delivered
3) Coordinate with the writers: based on the delivery times, provide information on each site and type of content that has to be created, as well as deadlines
4) Coordinate with web designers: based on the delivery dates and the work being done with the writers, coordinate delivery dates with the web designers to finalize the site
5) Reporting: creating and sending a report for each order once it’s done

Payment:
I’m expecting that you can process an average of 8-12 sites per day. The process is simple, and the system is all in place. You just must learn how to do it. If you have the skills, it’s going to be easy. The monthly salary will depend on your skills, and how much you can help from the get-go. You can expect to make between $600-$900 USD per month, depending on skill level.
