Real Estate Bookkeeper / VA

I manager 30 single family homes with a few LLC's. This one is for my other company I have with a partner. Knowledge in online property management software is a MUST. Do not expect a response without a resume or a history on your experience. I'm looking to gather some resumes and see whats available out there for someone to do the following:

-Bookkeep with experience
-Use your previous knowledge to develop policies and procedures for my the company.
