What you'll be doing:

You'll be joining a 3 person team dedicated to managing and growing a local Mobile Auto Detailing business in the US. We are a remote team, we all work from our own homes

As a team, we divide up these types of responsibilities:

The phones
*The phones will be forwarded to you for 6.5 hours out of your 8 hour work day.
*Lead retention: Try to get as many people as possible who call to schedule a service (inbound sales)
*Provide support to existing customers
*Provide phone support to the auto detailers who are out in the field

Marketing
*Maximize the number of positive reviews we get online
*Create and optimize advertising copy
*Locate good places to buy advertising
*Manage social media
*Build websites in Wordpress and on Weebly
*Recruiting, hiring, and managing very many people from Craigslist to do "micro-tasks" that advance out SEO goals
*A LOT of growth hacker marketing that we cannot publish publicly but will be glad to share with you when we talk

Administration
*Payroll
*Invoicing commercial customers

Compensation

*Starting salary is $1000 per month (46,600 Philippine Pesos at the current exchange rate)
*You will get a raise of $100 per month (4,660 Pesos) each time we are able to grow the size of the business by adding another auto detailer. This is because your efforts in marketing, management, and customer service will be directly contributing to the growth of the company.
