Web Master/EXPERT SEO

I am looking for a part time WEB Master, 10 - 20 hours per week depending on the work load of my business. I have a very small business with a very competitive market. Main goal is develop a good website and get as much traffic as possible to bring it to the first page on google and yahoo. The following requirements is a MUST:

- 2 years Experience as an EXPERT SEO
- Webpage design and development
- HTML, Javascript
- Sales experience
