Senior Software Architect

Prefer a architect / full-stack senior developer to be able to create product requirements and work with front-end designers to build a new web application. Experience in chat-based implementation or using twilio API.

Must have experience and provide work examples.
PHP
MySQL
Familiar with working with APIs
Angular JS a plus
Must be able to communicate well. Not necessary English, but whether in Tagalog or English, they must be able to communicate and understand concepts or ask for clarification.
Works well with other team members (front end UI graphics and others)
Problem solver
Must document code properly (in English)

This is a part-time opportunity to start and we would prefer it to lead to full-time for the right developer.
