CPA Affiliate Mobile Marketing Expert and Partner

I'm looking for a partner to help me set up campaigns in Voluum and another solution I am testing out.

You have to have a good understanding of the affiliate business:
- Must have experience with tracking solutions: CPVLab, Voluum, Thrive, TrackRevenue
**(if you don't have this experience - DO NOT APPLY)
- Must have experience with setting up offers, landers, traffic sources
- Must have experience how to analyze, optimize campaigns, scale for best ROI
- Must have experience in basic html expertise to make edits to landing pages (I can provide certain scripts, and teach you some advanced techniques)
- Must have experience in split testing and multivariate testing
- Must have experience in buying and optimizing display and social ad spots on a CPM / CPC basis
- Know how to utilize market research tools (Quantcast, Alexa, WhatRunsWhere, etc.) to find demographics
- Know how to analyze data to identify converting audience and maximize ROI (day parting, gender, os, ip, etc.)

It will be 15-20 hours/week to start out...It will be about $150/month plus 10% profit sharing on all campaigns, profit sharing can increase after 90 days based on performance.

I can provide landing pages and offer links, you will have to set it up and split landing pages, and offers. If you have tools to gather information, even better. I am looking for a great partnership with someone that is honest and experience.
