Atlanta Based Digital Marketing Company Seeks Project Coordinator

We are a dynamic SEO and web design company based in the Eastern Time Zone, United States. Right now, we're looking for an ADMIN SUPERSTAR to join our team part-time, with the potential for a full-time position soon for the right candidate.

A typical day in this Project Coordinator role involves:
- Kicking off the day with a collaborative teaUpgrade to see actual infoeting to discuss plans with staff and the owner.
- Reviewing design tickets from the social media team and providing approval.
- Checking content team articles for grammar errors and refining as needed.
- Onboarding new clients by setting up their accounts via email.
- Handling incoming emails and ensuring timely responses.
- Crafting a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for a new internal process.
- Preparing an end-of-day report that summarizes all activities.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualities:
- Solid project management experience
- Proficiency in blog writing and creating captivating social media graphics
- Availability for 20 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday
- Flexibility to work from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Eastern Time Zone (USA)
- Comfort in providing feedback and guidance to others
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

- Familiarity with basic SEO practices (you don't need to be an expert, but having a general understanding is a plus)
- Experience using tools such as Canva, Duda, Slack, or ClickUp
