As a Real Estate Cold Caller within our firm, you will be a core member of our team, working with
valuable cultivated leads, making cold calls, communicating directly with property owners,
determining their desire to sell their properties, and spearheading the growth of our portfolio.
For this position, working knowledge of the NYC real estate market is not required on the front end,
but it will be expected that you remain alert and gradually become more familiar with the market.
Responsibilities:
- Engage in a large volume of outbound cold calls to generate leads and identify potential
sellers in NYC
- Maintain accurate records of interactions, sales activities, and follow-up actions
- Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the selling process
- Work directly through our CRM database to manage all potential leads and records
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must speak English fluently;
additional languages are a bonus
- Persistent and proactive attitude to overcome objections to achieve sales targets
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in using CRM software & Microsoft Office
- Ability to work fully remotely during Eastern Standard Time business hours
- Experience in Cold Calling & NYC Real Estate is preferred
