About the Role:
Join our dynamic US-based organization as an Architect and play a pivotal role in shaping architectural designs. As a remote teaUpgrade to see actual infomber, you will be responsible for crafting innovative architectural solutions while effectively collaborating with various disciplines and clients.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 6:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (ideally).
Rate: 7 USD/hour (1120 USD/month)

Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate visionary creativity and architectural expertise in developing design solutions.
- Proficiently create construction documents using REVIT software.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of construction assemblies and industry best practices.
- Conduct research to select optimal building products and craft comprehensive written specifications.
- Actively engage in project meetings and meticulously document discussions via meeting minutes.
- Stay updated on cutting-edge systems, methodologies, and sustainable practices to enhance team performance and client satisfaction.
- Wholeheartedly support the strategic goals of the firm, studio, department, and your manager, comprehending how your contributions align with these objectives.

Qualifications:
- Proficiency in English
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture
