Real Estate Virtual Call Center

THIS IS A LONG-TERM POSITION WITH ROOM TO GROW! (Depending on your numbers or KPIs)

Job Description:
Call sellers using the ReadyMode dialer to see if they would be open to selling their homes.
Follow a simple proven script. (MUST FOLLOW THE SCRIPT VERBATIM)

20 real estate cold callers VAs needed to feed our Acquisitions team.

Requirements:
-You must have at least 6 months of REAL ESTATE outbound calls or cold-calling experience
-Committed to work full-time
-You must speak and write fluent English
-You must be able to make calls between 9 am to 5 pm PACIFIC STANDARD TIME (8 hours a day, 5 days a week)
-You must have a computer (laptop or desktop) i3 or higher.
-You must have a high-speed internet connection. At least 25MBPS + backup internet
-You must have a wired noise-canceling headset. (NO EARPHONES)
-Must be able to set at least 2 appointments per day.

The pay rate is $3/ hr ($480/m USD)
We pay through WISE or Paypal
