Full Time SEO Expert

Overview

We are D4Y Brand Builder, a startup company based in the California, USA. We are looking for a Full-Time SEO specialist. to help expand many of our exciting on-going web projects. The ideal candidate would be a part of a long-term working relationship and as the business grows, he/she will be rewarded with raises and bonuses based on productivity and performance. We understand that our business success is dependent on our team members so we keep our work fun and enjoyable and reward the people who deserve it!

However, the job is not for everyone. We would like our backlinks and write-ups to be clean and fluent. The job requires a person with an excellent command in written English. We also prefer a team member who enjoys contributing his/her ideas, someone with an enthusiastic working attitude and who wants to become a valuable asset to the team and not just another “staff worker”.

• On-page Optimization
• Wordpress Blog Setup and Management
• Link Building & Bookmarking – Ethical (“white hat”) techniques only. No spamming or automated software.
• Keyword & Market Research
• Article & Web Directory Submissions
• Social Media Campaigns
• Forum & Blog Posting
• Web Analytics Monitoring
• Backlink Mapping, Performance Reports, & Feedback/Recommendations

Requirements & Expectations

• Has their own computer with high-speed internet access and a PayPal account.
• Strong background knowledge of SEO is essential. We expect the applicant to be passionate about the subject, and research new techniques and trends in their spare time.
• Excellent written English skills.
• Fast and clear communication.
• Reliable and honest.
• Efficient and effective working habits.
• Self-motivated with a positive outlook and attitude.
• Willing to learn new skills if necessary.
• Daily email describing work performed and any questions or problems that you have or need help with.
• 40 hours per week – we are not going to monitor you with software or anything, but we do expect you to work the hours you are being paid for. You should be available via some form of communication medium during all working hours.
• Must be a problem solver – proactive individuals are very desirable. We encourage you to research and try to solve issues on your own. If you hit a wall and can’t find a solution, feel free to ask us. We’re available and willing to help when needed.

Pay/Salary

There will be a couple small testing tasks at first for candidates we feel are on par with what we’re looking for. We’ll pay $30 on completion of those.

Should we choose you for employment, you will be paid $300 per month for a full time work, 40 hours/week to start. Payout will be given bi-weekly. And as mentioned above, raises and bonuses will be applied based on performance over select periods of time.
